Listing: We got this one fresh off the boat, so to speak. The listing was brand new the day it was posted. The 873 sq ft, 1 bed/1 bath condo on the Wilshire Corridor (on Wilshire near Beverly Glen), features 11th floor views, caesarstone countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large dining room and office nook. Plus, shiny concrete floors. Fancy.
