Madrone Doesn't Rhyme With Macaroni

It's almost been a week since our last post about the Madrone project. We hope none of you have suffered in the lurch. This week we got our hands on virtual 3-D renderings of the penthouse unit, which have yet to make it to the project web site. After questioning the Madrone people, we finally got a few more answers about the project: Basically they still don't know who the retail is going to be - Trader Joe's, Bristol Farms, Whole Foods and Gelson's are all options. The pool is 5-feet deep. All the windows are double-paned glass (in answer to the previous concern about noise).
