Last time the proposed condo/retail project at Wilshire and La Brea was mentioned on the site, there was only a small rendering to peer at. Some renderings, and a reminder of what it is (and why some people are worried about traffic): A 784,000 square foot development with 41,500 square feet of commercial space and 645 apartments total. In August, the Larchmont Chronicle reported that a draft environmental impact report and public hearings would occur in about six months, which would peg those meetings around February, if everything is still on schedule.
