Construction Watch: San Pedro's Pretty Vue

Ahh, lovely San Pedro. We journeyed southward over the long holiday to visit the lovely burg by the sea to get a taste of the development activity going on. Vue, the San Pedro waterfront's first high-rise condo development, is looking good (def. good: steel and concrete and green construction fencing with workers scurrying about like oompa-loompas). The sixteen story tower is now presently up to floor eleven. For the curious, yes, the roof deck will contain a pool, but no mention if it will break the four-foot deep barrier so many rooftop pools are failing to achieve. The project is also being touted as ultra affordable for waterfront living, with units starting in the low $300s.
