Coming to Pacific Ave. in Marina del Ray: Pier Pointe, consisting of a sprawling tower (retail on the ground floor, floors 2-6 will have "flats," while the 7th and 8th floors will house the penthouse units), and lots of adjoining townhouses. Dusty from all the construction going on, Blogger Yo Venice posted on the development last month; we'll summarize: "cheesy condos"..."bullshit blah blah."..."universal ewwwww." Etc. Brandon, it's a little better now that there's a sluice system that lets in fresh(ish) tides twice a day. Not much better, mind you, but probably as good as it's going to get.
