Gardens At Wilshire Gets Its Balconies

After some fits and starts, the Gardens at Wilshire, at one point slated to be finished in June 2007, is now looking at a Spring 2008 completion date, according to the Chandler Partners' web site. As reader fridayinla pointed out, there was at one point some confusion about what the actual height of this puppy would be--at the moment, the web site is saying it's six stories, 159 units. Meanwhile, the bike storage facilities, errr, balconies, are up; side angle after the jump.
