The long drought of Dunkin' Donuts in the Southland has resulted in mucho speculation about when and if they might return. Via our inbox: "Spotted in downtown Burbank this afternoon: Four guys wearing polo shirts with the 31 Flavors AND Dunkin' Donuts logos on them. Could this signal the return of Dunkin' Donuts? "
