You and friend walks in.
It's 20 years past Jr. high, you graduated from law school at the top or your class, passed the bar on the first try and for all your hard work.
You: Welcome to my (clears throat)...house.
Friend: Oh, this is cute.
You: Would you like me to give you the tour.
Friend: Uh...ok.
You: Done.
Friend: Well, I'm getting tired.
You: Why don't I set up the couch for you to go to sleep.
Friend: Wow, Its just like Jr. High School.
You: Dude, please stop watching me sleep or I'll put up a wall so you can't see me sleeping in my little alcove. I'd like to fart in peace.
Well, at least you are not in a van down by the river.
with all the current speculation a qualified buyer could
negotiate the price to 500k. I am currently going thru escrow
and on friday the going rate for a jumbo 7 year fixed was close
to 9% for an someone with a middle credit score. Money's just
got much more expensive.
Really depends on what area, but can eliminate due to size. N of Montana doesn't have houses this small. My guess is Sunset Park or Ocean Park. With that said, $1.1 million
I think MQC makes a very valid point re: location. Patty Cake makes an even more valid point about the carpet(s?) Even with THAT said, however, I think for ONE bedroom and ONE bath the asking price will be a still-unconscionable $898,000.
