Nah, every development in LA now is named "Chateau" followed by the street name. Like "Chateau Armacost."

Either that, or you could do it the oldschool way, by hybridizing the names of the cross-streets, a la "the Roxsan" at Roxbury and Santa Monica.

I love this chart...but does anything say class like LancasterDale? Could you have used a little creativity in naming the streets, people? I'd rather live at The Clusters of Ass Goiter Glen than on say, Avenue K...
