Today was my first time biking to work. I did it because it was officially "bike to work day" and it has been something I've been wanting to do for a while now. It was much easier then my pervious biking efforts around LA. I didn't get honked at once! That's amazing for this city. Talk about a place that doesn't like cyclists. Actually, I correct myself, I did get one brief honk but no big deal.

Indeed. I've been riding to work for 11 years now. It's not bad. In fact it's fun and pleasant.
