High-end units at Ten Thousand, a 40-story apartment tower on Santa Monica Boulevard, opened in January, and thanks to new photos we’re getting our first good look inside the fancy units.
A standard two-bedroom apartment in the Handel Architects-designed tower, located on the border of Century City and Beverly Hills, starts at a heart-stopping price of $9,000 per month.
Residents who can afford the hefty price tag get access to a slew of decadent amenities, from dog walkers to on-site Botox to a robot butler named Charley that delivers residents’ packages.
Every standard apartment includes hardwood floors, 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and motorized window shades. The kitchens are decked out in quartz counters and high-end Bosch appliances; some apartments come with central kitchen islands, too.
Each apartment holds two ensuite bathrooms, including a master bathroom with white marble, and a powder room. Many of the apartments in Ten Thousand also have balconies, and every corner residence features a “three-facade exposure,” maximizing what are probably pretty cool views.
